OUR MISSION

Shekinah non-emergency medical transportation will work to ensure the satisfaction of all individuals is of primary importance. We will provide the individuals with experiences that will enhance their lives and request their level of satisfaction consistently. From their responses, we will make changes accordingly to improve our service delivery and insure the individual’s satisfaction. We will determine their level of satisfaction through surveys, daily informal feedback, and surveys from the individual’s circle of primary importance..
